Greetings Up until about 10 years ago when my Crohn's took a very serious turn I was an active outdoors person. Hunting, fishing, and target shooting were all activities I enjoyed. Within the past year I was diagnosed with Inclusion Body Myositis a nuero-muscular disorder in addition to my long term Crohns. I have already noticed some loss of strength with my hands in addition to leg weakness.
